Splashy pools

Pathetic service. Pool was done in May and already problems. Dean simply holds empty promises, the pool has a 2 year warranty on the relining but its impossible to claim. Pool paint it already chipping, some parts I can already see the fiberglass and a crack has formed. Been battling since the 7th November, the painter came 14th November to assess damage and that was the last Ive seen any progress.

We contracted this company to redo our swimming pool from scratch. Within 3 weeks the mosaics had been destroyed and we are sitting with a brand new pool which looks 10 years old. They had to come back 5 times to repair and eventually replace the new pump timer. And to top it all off they left our paving at the step end covered in cement where they mixed their materials on the job. They blame the customer for each fault, even though you have proof to back up each claim. Some of the staff do their best and others are just plain rude. Don't expect a call from the owner either.

The name on google does not match their premises name. I have only heard bad things.

No after sales service. Don't be fooled by the warranty - the pool leaks but there is no-one to claim from. The edging was so badly done that the slightest splashing causes major water loss. Whatever you do, stay away from this company!

Great service. They did the out and inside of our pool. We received great service from the people who did everything, especially from Riaan who assisted us in the shop from the beginning. I will recommend them to repair your pool.

Takes items to sell on your behalf and then takes forever to pay for the items after installation. Full of empty promises.

Don't expect any after sales service! So far, they haven't backed up their warranty on their pool lining, which is of a really inferior quality - it only seems to last a few months.

From the beginning Riaan at splashy pools was super helpful, how ever since they finished before the pool was filled we had complaints. Pool step that was put in was not done well, not straight and looks decrepit. The mosaic that we were provided and they placed already has the white blocks coming off after 3 weeks. The mosaic looks 10 years old and not done neatly like it’s a piece of paper torn. After multiple complaints the owner still will not get back to us and is only willing to refund the mosaic paper and not willing to redo. They are pathetic and blaming everything on us when all we have done is see the issues. I wish I had read reviews before! Do not use these people!!!!
