Matt Bishop has been an excellent help through this experience. He has been quick in his responses and always puts me in contact with the correct people. He is excellent at his job and I am well pleased.

Evo agent Gabriella Johnson a no-show at a viewing appointment. Audacity to claim she didn't confirm after a clear text response from her stating 'yes perfect' to a day/time appointment suggestion. Real poor service.

The place is beautiful and the service was great. We really like the place. Matt gave us all the information we needed and was very helpful. The agent response is quite excellent. Thanks to Matt for his assistance in getting a room for my daughter from their student apartments ‘The Rezident’.

Matthew was great on my showing. He answered all my questions and showed me multiple places at The Rockefeller. I ended up picking the first place he showed me and he and the Evo team have been super efficient helping me get all the paperwork in so I can move in quickly.

I had a terrible experience with them. They charge exhorbitant fees just to process applications and draw up a lease, the latter being a completely hidden fee. I withdrew my interest in a place when they gave the room I expressed interest in to another applicant, which would have been fine if they’d bothered to tell me. It was incredibly underhanded of them to do this specifically because it was only after they drew up the lease (which they promptly charged me for) did I discover that the lease was for a different, much tinier room. They took ages to process my application and by the time I discovered this I had to make a different emergency plan right near the end of the month as I was supposed to move out. Be cautious renting from them.

Matthew Bishop was able to meet with me at short notice at the Rockefeller property and offered an exceptionally professional and informative overview of the units, pricing, features and facilities. I left our meeting confident that, as a tenant, I would be in good hands.

Evo placed tenants in my apartment. They knew that I was not interested in selling the property, but tried to show the property to potential buyers once the tenants had already moved in without my knowledge or permission. They went so far as to lie and tell the tenants that I said they must clean up the apartment so that the place can be shown. Fortunately the tenants informed me of the goings on. Very unethical, smooth talkers, zero integrity.....don't use them!Additionally, the tenants were placed on a once off basis, with zero ongoing involvement of Evo in the property management (ie I collect the rent directly). A few weeks after the above incident, my tenants received communication from Evo that their rent is due and should be paid into Evo's account rather than my own. This was apparently an error in their system.

I have had the worst experience with one of your agents. Looking to rent a place in Gardens, I've phoned and sent her multiples messages she never comes back with anything. I also see I'm not the first to complain about the agent, Nichola.

Found suitable student accomodation thanks to Steven Vaughan, an agent at EVO properties. Very professional and kind. Arranged multiple viewings until I found something that worked for me. Also, the EVO rentals receptionist was extremely helpful during the application process.
