Thank you for the 2 amazing long distance trips i had with Briesies taxi during May and June 2021.i had quite a lot of bags but they had no problem. The driver was on time and had good driving skillsSanitiser was used.We went through a very big roadblock but the driver had all the necessary vechile permits, and we all had our masks and safety belts on.I will use definately Briesies proffesional taxi service again when visiting the garden route.RegardsMichele from Johannesburg.

Not Happy at all... Was told the taxi would pick me up in the afternoon only to find out that only one vehicle was sent out due to loadshedding... when i enquired at 6pm about it, i was told that the taxi is in Paarl... Not remotely near to my pick up location... Left alone at a fuel station in a place im not familiar with at night... Not on, not cool, won't be doing this again, wouldn't recommend.

We been using Briesies since I can remember.The driver we had today completely disappointed us. I cant believe he skipped the Kuilsriver off-ramp to drop and collect people in Parow, Elsies whatever(yeah we know the roads and off ramps).we were literally the last people to get off- we also had a toddler of 1 years old and he was getting dificult(I mean you use your common sense). Terrible service today. Annoyed and deeply disappointed.

Office lady so rude when I phone more than 5tines the office. She said the taxi pickup at 6h00 in george for cape Town the taxi arrive at 10h05 this morning I told her that the service is bad she replied that's fine bye..Hope in the future that ur attitude changes cause u the face of the company

The passenger LELETSIS EXPERIENCE with BRIESIES !! Shocking service took driver over 8 hours from Swellendam to Goodwood . Eventually had to get my own transport to fetch me from Epping . Driver was arrogant driving around for hours looking for pharmacies . Called company they were rude and arrogant . Never recommend not now not ever .

Pathetic service....Will NOT recommend to anyone.It took them 10 hours from Cape Town to Mossel bay and when I complained the Taxi boss had an attitude. Rather use another taxi company if you do not want to drive around for 5 hours in Cape town before you get to your destination. The Taxi boss promised to phone me back but I'm still waiting. Clearly his customers is not important to him.
