Romi was great, service was great. Chicken was marinaded in Tomatoe paste it seems. We had to wipe thick Tomatoe paste/puree out. It cut our tongues. Chips was somewhat raw, seasoning is yummy, told the waiter about the chicken as well. Disappointed first visit. Bought takeaways for the evening, hope we not disappointed with that too.

The ambiance, decor & seating area creates a relaxed vibe. The dishes we ordered - did not dissappoint. Presentation of food was on point. Service was timeous. I will be a returning patron. Definitely worth a visit!

Had 2 amazing experiences prior to this. Food was tasteless and lacked seasoning. The Fillet mignon came with no mushroom jus or Beetroot Puree. The brinjal and ricotta pizza came with no brinjal or ricotta instead we got baby Marrow and tomato. Will not be coming back for sure

Tried this restaurant for the first time. Was skeptical. Ordered Masala Egg breakfast and Egg Benedict with salmon. The waitress was friendly and helpful. When my order arrived I was not happy with the taste of the hollandaise sauce and advise Zama our waitress. She then told the manager who came over apologized and they then remade my order even though I had my meal with out the egg and hollandaise sauce. The service was superb and I will return to this gem of a restaurant to try out lunch and supper. A foodies job is never done until you sample all three meals of the day

Absolutely disappointing.. we ordered steak the steak was extremely dry.. our order was wrong twice.. . For the price .. sad.. n disappointing. every order of ours that came was either not cooked or over cooked. the owner was than informed well to our disappointment she told us how extremely busy they were, and she would would discount the bill. our bill for the entire family was almost R2000, she gave us R50 back i think this was an insult considering the amount we spent. on leaving we gave all the food to the car guards as we could not even eat it.dont waste your money by visiting this place!casa piquante is a never ever again!

The staff are really friendly and helpful. However, the food is not worth it at all. The pizza bases taste like store bought bases, the chicken tastes like a cheaper version of Jeppa Duo chicken (which is half the price btw). The desserts aren't that nice either. The bread served with the food is like milk loaf.I definitely wouldn't recommend.
