The service was welcoming but the prices are ridiculous. Sent a fitness watch weighing almost nothing to Johannesburg and the cost was R256 comparing to other couriers they were almost a R150 more expensive also no boards are on their walls or anywhere giving an indication of prices and weights etc... really shocked

I am not happy at all with the service, they are rude if you don't put on their bubble wrap, even if you wrap 7 meters of your own bubble wrap on a glass frame, they will be rude and try insist on buying 2 extra meters, I have just sent off a glass frame, a4 size with glass, which I bubble wrapped myself with 7 meters. They still put up a fight, I insisted I had enough on, my frame gets to its destination, the glass is cracked!!! I feel it's done on purpose, the attitude aswell when they phone and tell you your parcel has arrived, if you have not fetched it on their time.
