I called Clinton to find out if he was able to assist with my MacBook that had crashed and how much he would charge for it, without even knowing who I was he took the time to troubleshoot my problem over the phone offering advice free of charge without hesitation. My Mac is working again thanks to his assistance. Awesome experience
