Just don’t order at the Bean Tree Spar Express!The cashier Mpho was rude and assumed I wanted to use my V+ card as I had it in my hand after pouring petrol. Then the cappuccino I ordered was a waste of 40 bucks! Not a great morning

Absolutely pathetic service from the car wash staff. They got no manners and are very lazy. When you show them a spot that's left uncleaned then they show you attitude. Not to forget they like talking to each other a lot instead of focusing on your car while cleaning. Don't think I'll be going there again!

Went there this afternoon, two of the petrol attendants remained seated whilst the other one finished up with the customer he was busy with. He saw me but proceeded to go and sit with the other two attendants. These were trainee attendants, I might add.I asked for assistance and they told me to come to a bay closer to where they were seated. This is the worst service I've ever received from a filling station and I will not be going there again.

DON'T USE THE FNB ATM AND NASTY CASHIER!! The FNB ATM withdrew my money only by a few centimeters and my money was sucked" back in by the machine. When I went to the cashier to speak about this she stated she knows as the card does this. I asked why don't they report it to FNB

Pulled into this garage on Sat morning. My tyre had a nail in it. Attendant wanted R90 for a plug. Talked him down to R70 still a rip off considering the plug was old and dry and he didn't do it properly. My tyre was low on air today. Attendant jokes this is Shell garage - fourways I must pay. Nice.

The petrol attendants aren't very attentive. Had to wait a while and call out to someone that I wanted to pay for my petrol. A dishonest person would have driven off and nobody would notice.On a positive note there is a carwash facility here and a convenience store with a wheelchair accessible entrance so that always helps.

Sub-par service from both the attendants and car wash staff. Slow, no sense of urgency type of service. Won't stop past again.
