Service is very good when you are buying but with no after service.If you return a product they would first tell you they need to send it to the experts" that would be kept next to the wall for a very long time even longer than 30 days. When you return they will treat you like a criminal and will insist to pay you back in the form of a shopping voucher

The staff at the tv section was very nice and helpful and we enjoyed our experience up to the point of leaving the premises, the sales person walked with us after our purchase and checking that product works ect. Then at the door the security was so unorganised, did not no what to do and stand right in front of us screaming at one another. And then only after we got irritated about this and said we are leaving, then the security lady only wanted to open the box and inspect the tv. Good overall experience; just the security people at the door should have much better manners and etiquette in how to talk to clients and how to act in front of clients

I will never make this mistake again by bying with Game Mokopane, I will rather go to Polokwane or Takealot. Bought a Lawnmower, 4 Month broken. Send back from Supplier with a quote and a wheel missing. Been 3 Weeks now and no response from them. Not even customer care came back. Well Hello Peter here we go!!!

Customer service is an unknown concept at this store. Went to the store to buy Deft box sets stoves and extractors and I would rather buy them at a higher cost in Polokwane.

It's ok. My only problem is that it doesn't sell screen protectors for tablets. Overall I think it should widen their range of electronics and the accessories that go with them. Otherwise a good store.

Absolutely disgusted at the service when the manager and assistant manager aren't in.Cannot ask for better service when the managers are around.Waited an hour for them to bring my appliance from the storeroom to the front.Disgusted at their behaviour, no manners at all
