Excellent service I had. Big up to the waiter, Romeo. He knows what's customer service is. That man deserve a raise. He served all customers with a smile. He is a staff to keep.

The service here is so slow and they take forever to prepare the orders and so rude when u go ask about your order after waiting for 1 hour still not done.... When they finally done the meat is so burnt and mixed orders too

We went there for a quick lunch. I'll be fair not to falter the food, but the service was appalling.Food was served promptly , kudos to the kitchen staff and waitresses, no complain in that area.My gripe was with the cutlery.1. We ordered a full chicken and rice, and we were told they ran out of side plates, but after a few seconds plates were brought to our table and the problem was now with cutlery.2. One set of cutlery was brought, still dripping of water. There were no servietes and we had to find a way of wiping them dry.Only one of us ended up eating as there was just no way we could share cutlery and what was supposed to have been a dine in was never to be.I downgraded the score from a 2 to 1 after their management requested that I send them an email with contact details, only for them not to even bother contacting me. I have no problem with Pedros food, just terrible service.

Staff seem energetic and ready to do work. There is however no call and collect or collect space so it seems like your skipping the que to the other customers lining up to pay their order.

They never have enough cutlery for people who want to sit in. Either plates are not available or serviettes,sometimes knives and forks. Not sure if patrons steal them. Excellent food though.

The food is quite amazing and way affordable more then nando's and it kinda tastes Similar but the restaurant its self is quite small and very noisy so I would remember and pick up rather then a sit in
