Ordered a part from here.I was sent a quote, which I immediately paid for.Called back a week later to find out if the part arrived, was told no. Was advised that I would be called back. The call didn't come.Called again a week later. Had to provide all my details again. After details were given, was asked if payment was made.Called again a week later. Was told the part was not ordered. Was asked again if payment was made. Have to wait another week.To date, I have waited 3 weeks for the part to arrive, and still waiting. When I call the store, there are no apologies given for the delay.

Without a doubt A excellent shop, Friendly staff and people who know their stuff. Went in to enquire about a Dover stove and man were they my kinda people. I end up buying stuff just for their service. They are just excellent!!! will remember if I need something again. The best service I got in a long time. I would reccomend them to all my friends and family

The lady who always answers the phone is incredibly abrupt and has zero phone etiquette and is so unhelpful. This is the third time I've called and had the misfortune of having to speak to her. Please train your staff on how to speak to customers politely and with respect.

Well stocked shop selling electrical spares. Old model spares available here. Also sell cast iron Dover coal stoves. Cast iron pots, pans and kettles also sold here. All products are competitively priced. Friendly helpfull staff.If you find this helpful please like
