It is illegal for a recruitment agency to require any payment if it is not directly referring to a CV improvement service. It is also unfounded for a recruitment agency to ask for a credit record, what basis does a credit record have on you receiving new employment? Non. Any recruitment agency that does not only ask for certificates and your CV is a scam. This agency asks for many things that blow a whistle. Beware!!

Huge scam

Recruitment agencies do not charge candidates for background checks, the company which employs the candidate pays for the background checks. This is a scam!

BS consulting agency, global staffing solutions, VCS and Human Resources Management Services Recruitment and Selection Pty Ltd all have identical email bodies about pre-interviews and pre-assesments. No info on any company if you go to the interview, you pay for checks (250/260) which is weird because checks should be done after main interview and they are considering you. Do not pay

Been there the place doesn't look like agency , first you stand outside and they will call you Into some offices and complete some forms and if you don't your ITC report or criminal clearance they make you pay R250 and no receipt is being given to you , you are then told they will contact you , I paid but then I got another email saying I should come and do the same Interview I did , when you Google closely you will see that this is an overseas recruitment company that is being used here , when you call the 087 number it just rings and never gets answered , I can't say it's a scam cause that would be harsh go and find out yourself , be careful and you can also do the math R250 X - per day = to ?

Please do not attend any interviews, number one be careful as identity theft is rife in this country. The only reason they want these documents is so that when they steal your Identity that you are not a criminal, They scan using your own money. In other words you paying them to Scan you.Number two, No recruitment agency will request any payment from any candidate, it is the potential employer who does on a commission basis.I repeat if an email from BS Consulting or an SMS from them is sent to you just ignore it and carry on with your life you dont need their stress.
