Not a nice place to visit , very unfriendly and unhelpfull people

After having failed in different Spares shops around Mtubatuba,Staff,here was very friendly and quick to identify my spare part and luckily they also had it in their stock too.

Prices and stock availability are good. Just parking is a headache with all the guys servicing cars in the road dumping oil and rubbish everywhere.

Been there several times in the last month, although sometimes busy, overall great service recieved every time.

You queue until you forget what you want to see the sales consultant after that you queue again to pay and queue to collect. Worst ever time wise and you have ove one doing admin or phone sales right at the counter not helping walk in clients

Worse Midas I have ever stepped in. Theres no prices for goods. Today the sales guy at counter lied and tried to sell me the most expensive goods as they work on commission.You are treated like a criminal as there's only one cashier, everything goes to a security check point so you not only waiting for the bad sale service but also chashier and another line for security check. Sales, service, and cashier is the slowest have experienced for a Midas. Parking is always a problem. The outside area is an environmental nightmare as there's guys working outside the shop.These guys should do some shopping in a Durban branch Midas and see what the standards should be like.

Always go out of their way to get parts if not in stock

Sais its open till 17:30 well they close at 17:00
