Worst workmanship and delayed service, excuse after excuse, 4/5months to repair a vehicle, vehicle come back with more problems than it initially had. My suggestion, never ever use the so called ford master mechanic" after service is useless and Nathan has every excuse in the book to run away from his pathetic workmanship when brought to his attention
