Very difficult to get into the complex as security offers no assistance as to how things work or what to do to get in. 3 story buildings with 6 flights of stairs makes it a difficulty to get in & out with big heavy items.

The rental amounts we see online don’t deserve the rental price the agents advertise. Kitchen is not so open it’s cramped

Lovely mordern Residential Complex with good 24hrs Access Control and a welcoming, child friendly environment. There is a communal pool and braai area in the complex. The finishes inside are very appealing and the rooms are decently spacious. It's got nice proximity to Carlswald and Sanridge Shopping Centres and is walking distance to the New Rd Shell Garage with a convenience shop for those essentials.

Overall, it’s a horrible place to live. Nothing works. No cell reception. Security at the gate is rude and don’t assist. The gate doesn’t work. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! DONT DO IT!
