Currently a tenant at Paardevlei. What an appalling Body Corporate! The protective layer on my roof is deteriorating and I have excessive leaks when it rains including rain coming through from the bathroom walls and now damage to the bedroom walls and the Body Corp says that I should wait until January as their contractors are not available. No measures taken to secure the place either. I would not recommend!Update: The Estate Manager helped me to resolve. Incident logged in November 2022 and work has been completed in February 2023

Well appointed gardens and maintained properties, this looks to be a lovely estate. There is a dog park, jogging course, lifestyle centre with a big pool to be enjoyed by the whole family.

Stunning Apartments, truly enjoyed our unit (2 bedroom unit). The apartments are, however, small so not ideal for a family with more than 1 child. Estate is generally well run, however, certain residents get prioritised when issues are raised. The units get minimal sunlight particularly those in a northerly / southerly position so be very alert to mold formations. Don't expect to get your full deposit back.Otherwise beautiful place to live and its extremely safe.

Poor management and useless Donnie that have no degree to run the place with elderly women that even lies tell me how bad Donnie is and he still learning her excuse. Pathic.

Beautiful estate from outside. Estate management can overflow your inbox with daily complaints. Sardine like living. Your main bedroom is next to someone’s front door. Small matchbox apartments, which barely gets sun (loads of mold).
