Horrible after sales service. Making us jump up and down just to ask more information that is not attainable by the average Joe. This process has been going on 4+ months and still no outcome. All for a set of faulty batteries supplied by them that did not even last a month before going dead. They are happy to take tour money and supply a faulty item, but extremely unwilling to assist when it goes South. To get feedback from their office is nearly impossible.
