My brother bought me a voucher from one of their specials on Brown Sense for my birth day. He expressly requested for the 6th March to be reserved with time to be confirmed. This was agreed upon after he was hassled and prodded to make payment since it was already heading for Month end February 2021. Payment was made. When I made contact to confirm time for the 6th, I was told this day was already fully booked. Reasonable since it is a special. I requested for available times for the 7th. I was told the day is wide open and I will be contact to lock in time within the hour. Hour came, nothing. I made contact to secure the time. First another promise to make contact within an hour and then nothing.Eventually I was informed the day is also fully booked except for a 09:00 slot. I politely declined and requested the money paid be refunded. This was on Thursday 4th March. We were informed that the money will be paid into my brother's account by the 10th March. We are yet to receive any communication, more importantly we do not yet have the refund.My opinion? Do not buy specials. I feel taken for a ride just so that bills can be paid at month end. There is no real commitment to deliver on paid for services except maybe when you are in groups. I am incredibly disappointed and all I really want at this point is for my brother to get back what is due to him, his money. That's not a difficult ask.

Good service, great massage.

This was my first time ever going for a massage. My only disappointment was length of time our group waited before our session started. But once we were attended to, I loved the experience. Yes I will most definitely come again. The place is close to where I live so it's pretty convenient.
