So it happens that we saw a vacant flat in Earls Avenue in Windsor West and we were told by neighbors that we need to contact Seef which I was happy with as I had heard some nice reviews about them but what I got from Ajith and his secretary was awful. We told them we would not be able to go ahead with taking the place as something came up and we had not signed the lease agreement yet, that is when all went wrong. The lady secretary to Ajith swore at my husband using 'f' words handing over the phone to Ajith and threatened to spoil our credit record . The very same flat was occupied that very same week but they still send us the invoice and this is in a bid to get us blacklisted as that will show we didn't pay but we not living there.

I recently sold my property using Diane from Seeff and liaising with Daniella at Snymans Attorneys for conveyancing.I must say that overall service was excellent other than a few minor hiccups which are to be expected in complex multi-party transactions of this nature. John O Reilly is simply excellent. Caring, patient and pays attention to detail. Wish were many estate agents like him but alas.

I recently purchased a house via Rowena and her colleague Wendy. Service was terrible from the outset. When initially contacting Wendy she was rude and asked if I was going to waste her time. Prior to signing the OTP they made misrepresentations.Once signed they were not involved at all requiring me to get hold of the transferring attorney, co-ordinate with the sellers etc. They did not even make an effort to be present on the property handover or co-ordinate itAgents like them only care about commission.

In today's age, it is hard to find someone who really listens. I was fortunate enough to find an estate agent, Claudene Vrey from Seeff Randburg, who is one of those rare individuals. She really listened to what my requirements were when I was looking for a property and in no time found something that was perfect for me.
