Bitterly disappointed with service after impressed on the day of purchase though they couldn't get delivery details correct seriously inconvenienced it's 7pm and I am still waiting for my bed bought from Blackheath branch and I paid delivery service charge... Not happy at all... It's 8pm and your driver after calling 8 times still unable to reach destination to deliver my bed...

Top class service. David, the Sales Executive, knows his stock and assisted us. The mattress we ordered and paid for was delivered the next day. We were kept up to date on delivery and time.
