Had a terrible experience here, the store does not have all the necessary supplies, the parkIng is not safe, the ATMS are not safe to use at all I got robbed a good amount of cash here

The standard of this Spar is not up to par with other Spars. You hardly find some basic stuff and their prices are exorbitant and ridiculous. Cleanliness is also an issue though today it was surprisingly clean, if this can be maintained.

Terrible service, staff isn't welcoming and management barely resolves customer complaints however Lucky & Hypetia do make an effort to provide adequate service & customer satisfaction. There isn't a variety of goods/products and expired goods aren't removed from the shelves by date of expiry. Training in good customer service should be provided to both cashiers and security guards as I've felt violated by these members of staff.

Not a bad shop to shop at. The staff are okay. The supplies are good but the parking lot is not safe!Think twice before using the ATM’s because the tsotsi’s sit in the parking lot!!!And the shop does nothing about it because I guess it doesn’t affect their bottom line.

Flexible hours, they open early, doni pick up something for breakfast and when coming from work buy everything we are shot of at home. Friendly staff

Not very big store with a variety of groceries and beverages fruits and veges as well. Vast parking space and a number of atm terminals outside the shop. Safe with kids as well. Must have masks to enter. Sanitised at entrance. Situated along a busy and well known road. Has now changed name to Supa Save

To be quite honest and not being biased the staff is doing excellent well in terms of customer service. Even Frank the owner-manager is very humble and he treat staff with utmost respect, I haven't heard him raising his voice shout to anyone
