The waitress was rude and wanted to close/knock off 40 minutes before closing time. The other one started packing chairs and says it's been a long day they want to go home.

The app states that nandos delivers and when you call the number the on hold msg also advises delivery.unfortunately when you call to place an order they tell you that they dont deliver? False advertising?

Bad service they can't even give clients plates, you have to ask them for the plates so that we can dish. They dont know about customer service this why most of the business are closed today, because of staff behavior. I will never go there again.

We received poor service, one of the employees was sitting alone eating at the only table that could accommodate all 5 of my family members. We sat next to her while waiting for the orders.She asked me do you mean I should get up (with an attitude) I told her there's 5 of us and she said we should go sit outside. Mind you it's windy outside."

Horrible experience at Nandos Kuruman. Has to wait for glass for more than 15mins and plates. The food got cold while we waited for plates. They eventually brought glasses but they were dirty. Personally I’d never buy from the Kuruman Nandos.
