Cell C Fourways Mall

Visited the store on Thursday to inquire about Samsung S23 contracts as I want to move away from my current service provider. I have to firstly mention how clean and neat the store was. The consultant that was assisting me was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I commend the store for their great service!

Want to do an upgrade so I called to hear if they have stock on the S10. No one answered my call. Call sounded like it got diverted eventually and still no answer. Looking at the ratings of this shop I understand now why. Poor management

The way the employees answer the phone is pathetic! You have to call at least 4 times in order to get your get through, and they literally answer the phone as “hello”, in a very unfriendly manner as if you are bothering them, I thought that maybe I got the wrong number.Rubbish!!!

Great store with friendly staff, they go out of their way to process a transaction with very little hassle to you. A point to note though is that applications take quite a bit of time, (this is not only at the cell c stores though) so I am not so sure that there turnaround times on a busy day would be great. I think there were four staff in store and being the only customer my application took about 45 minutes to complete. On a busy day one may find that the waiting time could be problematic.

Absolutely disgusting!!! I hope I wish I didn't have to fill in a star. Firstly they get you to take a contract without disclosing the truth. When you go back and complain you can't get any response or get hold of the owner of the franchise. Everyone is suddenly on leave or in meetings and get this...they don't have cellphones!!!! What a flippen joke. Also a warning DO NOT GET A HUWAWEI phone it doesn't have Google (you are not told this when signing a contract for the phone) so doesn't work on most platforms. I can't even get into my own complex!! It only uses Petal which is new and absolutely useless. I went back immediately as I thought i had 7 days to get out of the contract but they wouldn't allow it

I has excellent service from Palesa at Cell C Fourways Mall today. She really knows what she is talking about and is fast and delivers on her promises. I was most impressed! Thank you Palesa!

Over the weekend I had walked into the store in the hopes of getting a Home Connecta sim card. I was advised by the employees of the Sandton store (which didn't have stock themselves) that all I needed was my ID document.Upon walking in, I was greeted by a staff member and I mentioned to him I wanted to get a Home Connecta sim as I want to purchase bundles for my fixed LTE setup. He enquired with a consultant who mentioned they have stock, however I'd need to wait in the queue which I gladly did.Eventually I was assisted, and the consultant insisted that I have a hard copy of my proof of residence to RICA the sim - something other service providers don't require any more, and quite inconvenient since I was told I don't need one as soft copies should suffice. After insisting, the consultant abruptly told me she would help me, however then insisted they don't have stock of the simcard.At this point I walked out of the store, but this experience is enough to have me cancel my contract and move to another service provider
