Reading some of these reviews I'm glad to have stopped communication with SovTech before using them to assist in building some of our software solutions. Tried to set up a simple introductory meeting and the amount of correspondence I got bombarded with is unbelievable. It should be: 1. Set meeting. 2. Confirm attendance. 3. Have meeting. 4. Onboard client/project.Simplify the process. My inbox has instead been flooded with communication that is non-essential to my business needs. One of the first things that you get spammed with before even speaking to anyone is an NDA. I'm not even sure that I would like to onboard you as a supplier yet. Communication is a serious issue and I feel that my requests, needs, concerns and questions were not adequately addressed. This is even before a meet and greet.

Great company with excellent client service. Quality of their work is fantastic a their after service offering is great.

Be Warned: This Experience Will Be Nightmarish! Avoid falling for this organization's smooth selling tactics; once you sign a contract, they will milk you until the cows come home.
