There is a gem named Precious working there. She helped us when we had an urgent same day delivery to Pretoria.. When we arrived to drop off the packages, we found out from her manager that she was on maternity leave. That is what you call, out of this world customer services. Thank you Precious. The most useless courier company in South Africa. No answer company wide. They lost my order and they are not getting back to me. I will not recommend them at all. I’ve been trying everything possible just to find out where my parcel is and still nothing.
