Took my car in ... never looked at my car had to pay for diagnostics and yet no paper work was given ... had to do a warranty claim they never even contacted them... if I didn't follow up my car would still stand there unattended. Had to get my car uplifted and moved to a other dealer

We've been back quite a few times. The owner is forthright and we've had no reason to mistrust their service. So far so good and hoping to build a lasting relationship.

Shaun, Robin, and the team are amazing. They are true masters of BMW. I received professional treatment and got expert service and repairs on my older model 335i. I would recommend them to anyone who wants that BMW level of service and quality workmanship at a fraction of the cost.

Always a pleasure when dealing with owners Shaun and Robyn, not to mention the staff in general. They don't only provide excellent service but go beyond just servicing a vehicle by providing information pertaining to the vehicle, what to look out for in the future ito faults and issues that needs attention. In all they provide a comprehensive diagnostics of the vehicle so the owner if strap for cash can plan how the vehicle will be dealt with in piecemeal with the most urgent done first. As a BMW owner for many years SVG autoworks for me is the best place to gave your vehicle fixed and or services....I feel like I'm part of the SVG family. Thanks guys especially Shaun when we have our frank conversations amd alway available to just have a chat about cars.

Was told someone will call me back but nobody did got my car repaired somewhere else but will go back as service has always been excellent just think they just to much on hand at the moment

Very happy with the service I have received over the last 3 years from Shaun and the rest of the guys at SVG for my *very* old X3. They are honest, clear about timelines and their pricing is more than fair. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

Thank you SVG for your professional service from the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and they took their time to listen to our concerns and questions. The car was there a couple of days and throughout the process they informed us through phone calls and wattsup videos and it made it easier for us to make the payment because we felt that there was transparency; thus putting the customer at ease. I use them for every service need on my bmw and I am always happy. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I will soon be using them to service my wife's Jeep and I am sure the service and quality of work will be great as usual.

Went there shortly after purchasing my X1. As it's an older car some work was needed. Started with a flush and oil service. Was also sold a brake flush. The brake fluid was over filled and spilt. Terrible for any paint and body work down there.The service was carried out but you kinda get the feeling mmmm was it done properly? A dirty workshop is a dodgy one.I have been asking for an estimate on a timing chain replacement since November. I've called, whatsapps popped in to see if Shaun was there. Left messages. Nothing. They cleary not keen on my business so I took it elsewhere. Rather pay a bit more and get some proper service.
