The service was definitely lacking, though friendly. The food was not bad and the atmosphere was neither bad nor great.NB! following this review the branch made contact and resolved to attend to the issues reported and apologised for the lack of service. Very good customer service from Spur!

We called the restaurant to find out if they catered for their lactose intolerant customers. The person I initially spoke with could not answer this question. He then handed the phone over to a manager by the name of Tammy who flatly refused our business, told me they weren’t able to accommodate us.For a chain as big as Spur, it’s not a good look at all. You cater for Halaal people and vegans. The least you could do is to stock Almond milk for your LI customers, or offer to purchase a 1L bottle to accommodate them. Pick n Pay is literally a few shops away, Panarottis, who I believe is a sister-restaurant is right next door and they have almond milk. But they refused to go the extra mile for their customers. So much for exceeding customer expectations.

This spur has truly out done themselves on making sure their food is delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly and very well trained.The spur itself is clean and filled with warming atmosphere. Kids area is kept clean and has someone at all times to keep the kids safe. The child minder is really good with the kids.A place for family or a date whatever the occasion definitely recommend this spur. It's a little but of a drive for me but worth it.

Lovely as always. Breakfast was top notch, yummy crispy bacon, good coffee, side onions, asked for no tomato because I always waste it, lekker breakfast!

Cajun Spur was the best service I've received in a long time and most definitely the best Spur I've been to by far. Food was on the table in mere minutes of ordering. Staff are friendly and efficent. Jossy is great.Keep up the good work.

Tried TBone steak and half chicken. It was nice. Tasty food, but bit more pricey than other restaurants like KFC, steers. To be honest, they serve with quality food

The staff are a bit disorganised, arguing in front of customers. The atmosphere itself is calm and the food is good. I appreciated how fast the servers worked and how quick everything came out.

Our chips was as hard as a rock, the manager on shift did however have it swopped out for us. However while eating we realized that our goodie burger did not have any mushroom sauce.We didn't feel like being people that complaint and just left it.I don't feel like it's our job to audit our food when we recieve it.Waiter was not attentive and lacked normal Waitrone skills.Will not recommend going here if there more than 10 tables being served.
