Very poor service. Documentation was not updated repairs agreed to be done on property were not done. Previous owner did not want to give the keys. He Stayed at property for 3 weeks after registration did not pay occupational rent. Jazzmax was the worst customer experience I had. They basically made promises but never followed through.dont trust them when buying a new home.
