Understaffed. This branch has Post Office vibes in there. One client was complaining because the system was offline. Walk down the corridor to Capitec, and the difference in service is like chalk and cheese. Come on, Absa.

Worst branch of the worst bank in SA. Pathetic service. Stay away from Absa and if you have no choice stay away from this branch in particular.Every visit of mine here was a nightmare, today I phoned them 3 times, of which the phone just rings, the one time someone picked up and would've quickly checked for my credit card and phone me back, it never happened.I've stood in queue last year for over 2 hours to replace my credit card, it's a whole year later and I still don't have it. It's a good thing though I guess, I can't use the facility so will be closing it down for good.

One person working on a weekend? No assistance when you walk in. Absolutely worst customer service. What is the point of developing an app to improve efficiency if you still have to go in and deal with this nonsense. And we pay a 'service charge'. Rediculous.

Thought I'd tried my luck after Absa Ben Swart street only had one customer agent to assist 15 people. I was wrong. This branch as well - 1 customer support agent. The lady in front had a very long query and at some point the customer support agent had to leave to attend to another matter. No one at the desk. Twice in one day Absa had no one at their support desk at 2 different branches. Terrible. Just terrible.

This is the most pathetic branch. Only 1 person at the tellers and only 1 at enquiries. They are not capable to work with customers. Please if you want better service, go to another branch

A row of people waiting to be assisted and only 1 person assisting. Unacceptable. No one comes to is to explain to is why it is taking so long. One client asked a lady working here if they cannot send someone to assist us but was just ignored.
