I have ordered a few times from Warwick Grove Florist. In terms of flowers for birthdays etc I would say they are really good. What I was disappointed about was the flowers I ordered for my mothers funeral. I ordered the most expensive option. As you can see from the photos there are gaps in the arrangement and the flowers didn't even last a day before wilting. I called and spoke to someone quite distressed and was offered another small arrangement which I advised I did not want. I explained there were gaps in the arrangement and it was not to the value that I paid. We did not really come up with a resolution despite me asking for a partial refund.

I cannot express how amazed i was at the transformation jenny created for our engagement party. Her whole setup was the star of the show. Jenny worked tirelessly to create the perfect event for us. From the early stages of just an idea, she created everything from scratch and redid some bits when she wasnt happy with it. She wanted it to be more perfect than we did and it was so worth it. Thank you Jenny. Can't wait to see your ideas for the wedding.Nang & Dave

My daughter ordered me some Mother's Day flowers from her home in Kununurra for delivery to me in Mullaloo. They arrived early and what a surprise. They were absolutely beautiful. Fresh, beautifully arranged and HUGE! I sent a photo to my daughter and she thought they were even better than on the website. Thank you so much for your wonderful arrangement and the smiley unexpected delivery. I think this would be the best arrangement I have had in 70 years! Well done. Regards, Brenda

I recently placed an order.After receiving delivery confirmation and photos, I was so disappointed in the standard of flowers.They were bruised around the edges of the rose buds.The quality of these flowers failed to meet the price paid.I approached the owner who said that she would replace the roses and that could the recipient return or place them outside of her home, so she may replace just the roses.It is not for the recipient to do this, the whole package should have been replaced.The problem was not resolved.I will not utilize this florist again.Brenda Fong.

I ordered 4 bouquets for a corporate event for last night from Warwick Grove Florist. They were absolutely stunning- I’ve never seen such beautiful arrangements! The staff are friendly, very helpful and had everything ready on time for an easy pick-up on a very busy day (for them and for me!!). The people who received the flowers were also highly complimentary and very impressed with how beautiful the arrangements were. Thank you so much, will definitely use your services again!
