Highly upset with the customer service in Adderly Street and the Manager Funiwe my God she is so Unprofessional she will be the cause of the business going down how can you not give me a refund when your nails are so terribly youl never see me there again

No work ethic , unprofessional staff. Their customer service is very very disgusting. #findnewstaff

A well stocked up beauty supplier. Wide variety of beauty products and tools for face, all types of small accessories for hair, nails, necklaces, earrings, Small handbags, purses etc. Friendly staff always available to help customers.

I checked online and according to the information the store provides on Google the MimiQ store in Adderley street closes at 3pm on a Sunday. I arrived at the store at 14:10pm and the staff was rude and rushing me, telling me that they close at 2pm on Sunday and that I must hurry. I find that very frustrating as I spent money to travel all the way to town knowing that I still had an hour to shop before the store closes. I ended up spending 5 minutes at the store because the staff took turns telling me to hurry up because they want to go home. Customer service is awful. Please hire professional staff that treat customers with respect.

I think it will be the best when the customer came to the shop for Facebeat, It should be well done perfect, not be done by different assistant,l and it should be done by same person who started.

I always find something interesting and cheap to buy at this shop. The make-up is good quality and the prices are very good. They also sell handbags, ties and hare accessories. Although the shop is quite small,they have a lot of stock. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Just had the most horrific experience at the Adderley Street Branch in Cape Town. The staff has zero customer service skills and should not be allowed to work with the public. I am totally disgusted!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The store was nice and clean as opposed to the branch in St. Georges Mall that was so unorganized. They have a wide variety of products, literally everything u never even knew u needed. I loved this store and would definitely go back again.
