Incredible service and super helpfulThis store is well run and it’s a great place to get organic foods, homeopathic remedies and even fill your prescription medication.I love how well laid out this store and everything is very easy to find. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and are always happy to help with advice and recommendationsThey also have consulting rooms and the doctors are absolutely amazing. It’s so refreshing when a doctor tries to look at things differently instead of simply prescribing medication to get you out of there to see the next patient. I won’t go anywhere else now, I’m truly humbled to be around people who actually care

I was at your store last week to purchase a few items as well as to get advise.Must say your store is beautiful and my experience was absolutely 100%.I spoke to one of your ladies at the dispensary counter. Not sure if I have her name correct it could be Charmaine or Jamaine. She was such a lovely lady to chat too, her knowledge was so awesome and she had very good smile and good nature to her.Her customer service was excellent. Directions took me to the centre of a Fourway stop on a main road. When I opened my GPS again to add the location it took me 10 minutes up the road to a completely different Pharmacy. The woman at said pharmacy didn't know exactly where the other pharmacy was because it has moved." I'm very unimpressed at this. I am not someone who feels comfortable seeing a doctor in the first place

There is no staff in the store, the cashier refuses to help or call someone. If you go towards the back of store, you can hear the staff but nobody comes out to assist. The pharmacist looks gloomy and unwilling to assist, finally i saw a staff member but she was too busy with stock take and could not help. Clearly this pharmacy do not care about service or customers or a positive attitude.

Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff. They mix up essential oil mixtures for you to suit every problem - even for my cats, dogs and horses. Nothing is too much trouble. Very impressed with the results - thank you

Loved this pharmacy! I went to Montecasino for the weekend! I started with the flu. Ran to Weleda Pharmacy and was greeted by a knowledgeable young lady. This pharmacy reminded me of the old pharmacies in Cape Town. They still make their own herbal throat sprays which I thought was great. I would recommend this pharmacy! Friendly staff and good service!
