Their passion is definitely not making burgers. I’ve used them for years. No more. They got my order completely wrong . We all make mistakes. However she carried on and on that I lied to her. Had no problems paying the additional amount. She still carried on with out giving me a Chance . Just love to argue instead of trying to turn the situation aroundI will never ever buy from Steers.

I had was over charged and when they realised it they contacted me. Which was very nice of them. When I didn't respond, they contacted me until I came to collect my money. I also received chips (very delicious) and an apology.

Ordered a wacky Wednesday with extra cheese, however when I got home there was no Cheese and their buns were not fresh. I called to inquire and they left me on hold for 10 mins.

Sorry guys, I can't anymore.Once... OkTwice.. Considering finding another option.Three times... I'm done and not pleased.Ordering online means I don't have to stand in a queue during covid.. After 30 mins I arrive and it's sill Not ready, I wait in store with the other upset people.Your store is full of people complaining of the same, showing their watches and verbally complaining.The manager pokes her head out looks at this and goes back into her office.No pickles on the burgers againNo shortage of staff but no one knows what's going on.No first in first out policy.Chefs not wearing masks either.Picture attached.You make a plea to members of the community that your battling and need business but you can't get the business out that we give you.That was the last time.

Nice Steers branch with ample parking. You can also placeborders for the Fishaways next door at the same counter.Normally not too busy and there are also a number of seats available if you want to enjoy your meal. Also great that there is WIFIFrom a #oneaccessibility point of few guide dogs are welcome and there is also a ramp available with rubber mat to prevent slipping when it’s raining.

Cheese fries ? Nope more like Sleezy fries the box has more cheese on it then these fries.This is a dig at Steers as whole. The app does not allow you to complete the transaction (Blue disclaimer)that your information will be sent to a 3rd party ) blocks the next button I guess they make more money on selling your information then they do on the Sleezy chips.Do you want chocolate on your Sunday ? Well look elsewhere you only get a classic here no option to chose their wide range of Sunday flavors. Just cook at home when Eskom allows you.The King Steer burger had some good tomato sauce on it Steers should rename it the Boxmaster it tasted exactly like a box from a moving truck.What a waste
