Dietician Una has been a much needed help on my journey to healthier eating. As someone who has struggled with a poor relationship with food for a very long time, I’ve really appreciated her calm, kind and patient approach to helping me evolve my relationship with food and my body.She is so understanding, even when I feel like I’ve messed up, she’s managed to encourage me to keep going when I’ve felt like giving up.She is definitely the person you need on as your cheerleader while you’re on your journey to bettering your relationship with food.

I’m eternally grateful for the help I received at this practice. The dietitian was patient with me and I felt reassured throughout my consultations. I lost 6 kg and still got to enjoy all the meals I love. She taught me about portions and motivated me to get off the couch and start moving. My blood pressure has improved as well. I highly recommend this service.
