Inanda Newtown Boxer Superstores

I have never been confused so hard in my life until I entered this store, it literally doesn't have affordable products that are needs.When you build a supermarket/food store in such a neighborhood you expect to atleast find a tray of meat that can be atleast R20. When I was there, so many products that you would want as a person on a daily basis are not there, cheapest meat was the mixed portion, R68, like, so many things are not there, it's super stressing.A Boxer store in the neighborhood that is very expensive than the Boxer in Pinetown or Ethekwini, something needs to be done, the management needs to pay close attention to this because you cajtsay that you have items you don't sell at all that are a necessity to us since we don't afford too much, sifuna ama shibilayn bafethu!

It helps people around the community and it great to have a superstore around here cause it helps many lives of people in the community

I believe that the shop is too small for the community which result in it being unhygienic. Some stuff lacks customer service though with training provided, they might improve.

It's very bad they don't want to put stock in shelves even though u see the goods they will tell you it's out of stock they are very lazy and incompetent the higher bosses of boxer stores they must hire new management u must stop selecting relatives to work in shop that boxer hires relatives to work in one shop

Good store. Just improve customer service and make the store abit movable

Long queue waiting for more then en hour to go inside en another hour pay what ever you buying

We have lost our store we wish could anything come back coz we do our grocery at boxer bt now we are lost everything bt boxer was a greaty indeed help as a lots

Weee that place has no customer service shame especially with cash back u can bet it's their money, when ever you need cash they don't have ay I give up with that place
