Worse service ever, went there to fill up been told to wait for their shift to end so the next shift will help me,i will never gonna use it again, zero star from me, Greenstone engine it's a best, everyone is willing to help

Stopped visiting this Engen, despite it being the most convenient and on my route to work, because their service pace is utterly dismal, assuming you even get serviced.I stopped for fuel on a very quiet morning, with several pumps open, but after waiting around 8 minutes and not being serviced, I decided to leave.A few months later I decided to take another chance at this fuel station, thinking perhaps I was harsh and it was simply a once off failure - serves me right. There were about 2 open pumps. I stopped at one and it took nearly 5 minutes of idle waiting before I got served. Most attendants are just walking around, assisting customers at a snail pace, or waving the payment machines around hoping for connectivity. I was eventually assisted after one attendant scolded another for loitering and not assisting me.Rubbish, snail pace service.As a side note, I've experienced largely poor (and even highly dangerous, life threatening) service from 4 of the 5 Engen stations I've visited In this area. Seems like slow, terrible or non service are Engen's specialties, with indifferent management and support.

I have never see the poor service around gauteng the staff,manager and the owner they are both so lost and useless no customer service,I was told by the attendant that is 7:00 they are changing shifts yet she is standing next to my car doing nothing,I waisted 10 minutes of my time ,when I try to ask the manager she told me she is sorry yet she does nothing,the owner is even worse he is blank .

Do not support this fuel station... Twice now I have filled up at this station without my vehicle registering any fuel added... The first time I left it, the second time I returned, only to be told by the attendants Oh it happened to another guy as well. He just drove around a while and phoned us to say it's fine". Modern cars don't take 2 days to register fuel. This filling station seems to be a really good con-act. Do NOT fill up at this station if you value your hard earned money."

They are helpful and have yummy meals at low prices.

I have been in various petrol station across Johannesburg but this place is refreshing every time I step here I feel like I belong here,Service offered is magnificent, in two minutes tires are checked, both windows washed, oil and water checked while filling the petrol.

An absolute disgrace of staff. Refused to fill up petrol can for generator telling me she will not do it I can go to some other garage. Throwing her boss's income away

Zero stars for the take away section...samoosas sold with no filling

Worst experience ever. Their staff changes shifts during peak hours, so if you are in a rush forget making it to work on time. To top it off the manager is incompetent, she does nothing about your complaints
