I went to fix a chip on my windscreen. Someone went to assess the car and advised that the chip might crack the whole windscreen and would need to install a new one but it’s less likely to happen.They then gave me a quote and they took my car to fix only to find that the chip could not be fixed but I paid a full amount. I am irritated because I think this information should have been shared with me when they assessed the car! Why would I pay for nothing!!!!!!!Nxi
