Hi have bought a Pellet Stove from Calore, Its a beautiful ceramic unit and Shane gave me expert advice and assistance in the unit selection. The installation team were professional and the unit works really well. I had a concern with the fan noise and the Expert came out and adjusted the settings so that there is now minimal noise. Well done team.

We have the Superior Medea Wood fireplace installed. Fantastic service from 1st meeting Salesman Wayne to him visiting us on the farm. Great advice was given and great continuous feedback. Installation was done by Shamier, whom had given us fantastic advice, patience and help together with one more gentleman that I unfortunately did not get his name.Thank you thank you thank you! Excellent service today as always. Called in with an issue at 13:40, their friendly and very competent technician Clint, had resolved the issue in less than an hour. Their staff are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Such refreshing service.

Stanford came to service our fireplace which needed some TLC after 14 years of operation. What an amazing experience - he was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, came equipped with his own vacuum cleaner to clean up and gave an excellent report on other things that needed to be fixed. Such excellent service, he deserves recognition for the way he represents Calore.
