Helped me out on very short notice at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again

Was involved in a accident, compass towed away my car my right side of my car was damaged by the accident but when i went to go look at my car by the panelbeaters i saw that the left side was also damaged so they damaged my car even more than it already was

I'm not sure if I experienced the same company featured in other reviews. I was in an accident at Longbeach Mall, before Christmas, 2020. I cannot speak highly enough about the way Compass Towing assisted me. They were on the scene, within 2 minutes - the car guards all have their card and call them. Mark Heron checked if I was alright, called my insurance company ( on speaker phone) and was authorized to tow my vehicle. I was pretty shaken and Mark asked Abby to drive me home. Once there, she called my insurers to check that all was in order from their point of view. She returned later with items from the vehicle and again the next day, to find out if I was alright.Please don't tell me now that they're going charge me a million rand for towing my vehicle and taking me home! I read the reviews, and saw how negative they were. But I also saw that there are several places with the same name, so I would like to emphasize that the company which assisted is based in Retreat.Thank you, Mark and Abby.

CAA262776 took off my side mirror while driving into on coming traffic on the wrong side of the road on the 15th March 2023 on Voortrekker Road between 7:30 & 8:00 ,driver claimed that my wife was in the wrong even though she had the right of way to drive . Compass still getting their insurance to contact me,that makes one wonder if they really do have insurance. They are the vultures of the road.

Your driver this morning made a u turn and the Robots was red and it was my right of way at prince drive there was no accidents that he had to rush too . He just drive like the wild taxis the number plate start with Ca188 and end with 6.i will put this all over the media and to all insurance company not to use your guys. He had no rwsp2for the road. And then he had still to wait in long q. He thinks the road belongs to him no respect for other drivers on rd

Drivers are maniacs. They will readily run red lights, drive in oncoming traffic, swear and intimidate anyone that gets between them and a possibility of cash. They act like this because they must get to an accident immediately to try and fleece people of their car or cash. Do not use a this tow truck service, go with your insurance companys recommendations or ask a friend. These people will just cause you more pain.

Very shocking how traumatized victims are treated by this company. They charge the earth for a poor job. The manager Paul is very very rude. They are unable to give you a break down on an invoice.The rates you get from the AA is not the same AA rates this company charges.They charged 3 times more than any of the other towing services that was willing to help but because they bullied their way in they got the car.Will never use this company ever again.
