Vetkoek Den & Take Aways

As in the past our order was wrong. Had to help the lady behind the counter to get the right amount due. This is not the first time we experienced this problem

Unfortunately, my experience was bad. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and they've messed up our order twice now.The first time, they forgot to add onion, lettuce, and tomato to our vetkoeke when we requested that only *one* is stuffed purely with chicken mayo. We had to drive back for them to rectify the problem.The second time, which was more recently, we paid for *five* vetkoeke and only received *four*. We called to politely ask them for another, but each person we spoke to refused to accept that they made a mistake. They did not believe us; they said it was impossible".The owner

Very lovely treats and eats indeed. The service could be a bit better or rather friendly and warm greetings.There's one lady that has shown kindness so atleast that was something.
