Poor service from the lady working there , light in completion. Evevmrytime when she assist me with signing for my payment i struggle its now 15 days no payment. But the guy not sure of the name if its sibusiso. His the best. I always get my money with in the time frame. Now i need to go to the branch they not picking up my calls. And use the money that i dnt have. My profile shows that docs werenot scanned. Status still shows awaiting payment form. Medcert docs were not scanned. Am suppose to wait again another 10 days. For them to fix the error , and they are closing as its december
