I would rate them zero if I could. Empty promises, Caitlin mentioned that guys would come to my place to do fittings and measurements, when I phoned to ask where they was she said they will come this afternoon but couldn't give me a time and mentioned they would give me a call 30 mins before the time. I am still waiting and they are not answering the phone. What's the use of after hours/emergency phone numbers but they don't answer?
