I was waiting since the 21st of May till the 10th of June for my parcel. every time I phoned and if I got hold of some one, I was told that you are still waiting for the shipment from the warehouse ore that I will receive my courier track no that day. The 10th of June you decide to inform me that you don't have every thing that I have ordered and that you will refund me for the outstanding stuff. I have send you my banking details twice now and again phoned your office,leaving messages that comes nothing off. It is now the 22nd of June. Courier guy charges R100 to my destination,almost half that you charged me.

I ordered a box of Bullet heads from their website at the end of July , paid in full, i am still waiting for my order .Their sit says 3-5 days , its now the 20th August.No reason given for the late supply and no communication on their side given to explain when the order will get delivered / if the order will delivered or any alternatives . Very poor service.Be cautious ordering your goods from them.

Its a scamWish I read all these reviews sooner.My story is the same as all the others.Place an orderPayThen get a notification that they are out of stock.Send your banking details for a refund.Then you never hear of them again . . .If you get hold of them they dont answer you  . . . . .

Really, really bad experience. Placed an order when e-commerce was allowed (16 May 2020). Bought a Gamo Big Cat 1250 for my 12 year old son's birthday well in advance, expecting some delay due to Covid-19 backlog. By 18 May it showed that the transaction progressed to warehouse processing". Great.By Monday

What unprofessional service! Im busy compiling a list of items in my cart but need some information in order to make the correct decision and then make payment, but was met with either short, unfriendly response or No response for days. Price wise you cannot complain, but the question is now, should I rather pay a bit more but get swift cooperation and professional service or do one wait until someone from this company eventually decides to contact youI'm still in business, please contact me!

Placed order on the 28th April 2020 during lockdown. E-Commerce opened on the 14th May 2020. It is now the 5th of June 2020. Still not dispatched.They are not taking calls. All my other purchases from other online suppliers ordered during lockdown were dispatched on the 14th May 2020 and received within 3 days. Previous order before lockdown was dispatched" in a day. They have not adjusted to cover-19 conditions very well. I would not recommend them under the current conditions. I am still waiting to see "Warehouse Processing" to change to "Shipped".It is now over three weeks since E-Commerce was reopened. Still "Warehouse Processing" can't get through on the phone emails responses are saying "That it is coming from their warehouse". Where is this warehouse Mars? I have offered to let them off the hook as I don't believe they have the stock and give back the money. No reply.I just received a tracking number 3 weeks later. If someone would have spoken to me today

This is also TechnoProBe warned if you buy from this Scam Site. They scam you by not refunding once receiving payment and then stock is sold-out. Many people complain of the same behavior.First read the reviews on BidOrBuy, HelloPeter and Google, and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these hacks. There are many other small businesses that won't steal your money.If you must buy from them, do it on BidOrBuy to get Buyer Protection.02/06/2021 : Bought an item online (in stock) and then payment confirmed. Was informed it's out of stock a few days later and my details handed over to 'Kobie [The Director]' for processing. I followed up with them to give me a timeline, emailing every day and calling, but they won't budge and NEVER respond, with both Bianca [Ops Manager] and Felicia giving me the same lack of information. You're not allowed to speak to Kobie, he's too busy for such. Three weeks is the timeline for a refund according to the Consumer Act. Know your rights.I reported these fraudsters to the Ombudsman for Consumer Goods & Services (CGSO) and also FNB Fraud Department after 6 weeks. Spend an extra R400 elsewhere to get what you pay for, else it'll be R400 airtime spent.I will also open a case of Fraud at the Randburg Police Station to proceed to Small Claims Court, after the required period has elapsed. This does not stop here.

I'm a first time buyer. Very bad service. Lying to customers.After reading your reply I felt I needed to edit my review.Yes your service is beyond very bad, You are still lying to your customers. Yes I do have all the proof to backup my review.But let me start.I wanted to place an order, I 1st tried to find out if stock us available. Tried phoning with no answer, tried emailing with no reply then got a response from messenger. It was confirmed that stock is available. I then asked i I can collect which I was told will be no problem. Then when I wanted to collect I was told no collections and my order will be delivered. Ive then place another order to add onto the delivery. Then I tried to find out when my orders will be delivered, I was told ,after trying to get hold of anyone via email, telephone, via messenger that my oder will be sent the next Tuesday. Tuesday came an went. then again trying get hold of anyone via email or telephone with no luck I went to messenger again after few day I was told next Tuesday definitely. Again Tuesday came and went. so we carried on until I got an email telling me my order was dispatched. I thought wow I will eventually get my stuff, but then I received an email to tell me the email was sent incorrectly. I then tried to phone for 3 days to find out whats going on and wait for it... someone answered. The lady said that the stock was not available and they are expecting delivery monday afternoon and she ensured me my order will be delivered Tuesday. Guess what? I did not received anything. Tried to phone again and again and again. Then received an email to tell me they are refunding me as no stock is available. Now here comes the best part. I have not received my refunds and on the website the items I order shows instock. SO YES YOU ARE LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOU HAVE VERY BAD SERVICE. and i have my emails, messenger messages and phone book log to prove my statement
