It's like the chicken was left in hot water and served no taste if they did not tell me its lemon and herb I would not have known.

People in general in store helpfull and nice but you could be more helpfull if you phone in for a take away to be deluvered or to pickup person on phone could hardly understand what you say even speaker english or understand then you cancer orders and phone preorder at any other place where someone could understand english or hear you. My suggestion get someone on phone who is nice could speak english or put you trough to some that understand it or spoke your language. Tablet must be clean I donot have to ask the person sering my food not even in a trap in her hands to clean table before putting it dawn before me.

Can get a bit crowded, but even then the staff remains professional and friendly. Haven't really had any issues with orders before... quite rare in the local fast-food industry, so well done :D

The worst service i have ever received. People have been waiting for more than 40 minutes for their orders. They are busy prioritizing the scooter guys.

Their service have improved in terms of speed and friendliness. The restaurant itself is a bit awkward (it's small and doesn't allow for movement). The food has lost its quality over the years, but are more pricy. The chips were fresh and seasoned just right. Many customers came in for milkshakes.

If I could give a negative star, I would. Shocking service. We ordered online at 1pm, because we are under lockdown. After 6 frustrating calls with the manager, the food arrives at our door at round about 3h30pm. Needless to say, it was cold, the lettuce wilted AND OUR ORDER WAS WRONG. Never buying Steers in Upington again.

4 Burger almost took 45 minutes to be made. Large line with a lot of people waiting. Had to leave and come back because it had taken so long for the order to be completed. Food was of desent quality. When going here, be willing to wait some time before you will be served.

I appreciate that they deliver, because I'm not from here and don't have a car, so the convenience is there.The food sometimes is sloppy, but they do get it right sometimes.
