Super friendly and knowledgeable staff completed a very tidy service, no oil or water left on the floor.Doug, the technician, explained everything the team did and answered all my questions patiently.Work well even around pets and finished sooner than expected.Can't wait to use them again!

After much frustration getting my car booked in to have it serviced I decided to try Car Site. It was hard to imagine how it all worked. I drive a Mercedes C180 which I have looked after with meticulous care. I booked an 8-11am slot for the service. They arrived on time & got straight down to business. I needed a part replacing - I got a phone call from the office to ask me if they could go ahead and replace it. It was so good being able to talk to the person working on my car. They had everything they needed to do the service. Signed off in my service book. My car was beautifully cleaned inside & out, including the engine. An amazing job, a totally stress free experience. I can highly recommend them.

Car Site Service has just finished a service on my Fortuner and I am extremely impressed. They got to my office on time and got straight onto it. There was a small filter that need replacing and the office contacted me to see if they could go ahead before they did it. Car is spotlessly cleaned, as is the engine. Would recommend them for sure. Very impressed and very happy.

I will definitely use them again. They were efficient, professional and friendly.
