Shout out to KTC Solutions and Scottburg Steel and Security for my awesome 100ah gel battery stand to run my mecer invertor, good quality, no issues, excellent service, and I would definitely recommend

It was amazing to meet 2 of the most helpful and friendly people viz. Colette and leslie Prinsloo from KTC.I was at their shop on Monday in this week to make arrangements to have 2 gate sensors to be installed. An appointment was made for Tuesday around lunch time. Come Tuesday, leslie was at my gate at 12 pm to do the installation . His job was very neat and he was very meticulous in the way he went about doing his job. A professional at his work. We agreed on 30 seconds programming for the gate to close automatically. At the time I didn't realize that 60 seconds was too long . I sent him a WhatsApp message and he assured me not to worry . He will come back and sort it out without any costs or call out fee. He was here the very next day and reprogrammed the closing time of the gate to 15 seconds. He also lowered the sensors at my request without any cost .I am chaffed with the service I received. Not to mention all the advise and answering of questions .I will recommend the Prinsloo's anytime .A very satisfied customer.
