Total lack of service, ordered boards to be cut 8 days ago with the assurance that they would be ready by the 23rd Dec. Jandre knew the boards we ordered were out of stock but did not bother to let us know this.

Poor services, I bought materials worth R68017,07 in 2021, and material for R14956.53 was never delivered since January 2021. They claim to have refunded the carpenter that was installing the cupboards without my consent or invoice ( proof of purchase).How possible when I am the one who purchased the material and still have the proof of purchase by me? am still in battle of getting my refund till now in 2023.They are very unprofessional, One should be very careful when buying from them.
