I have known Washington from his Audi Franchise dealership days as a Technician, he is very good , dedicated and always strives to sort the car issues , brought car to him for coolant issues , i already did my own diagnosis because i also have a small acumen on the car , so it was a leak i identified, car was fitted with Audi genuine parts, car had issues still, but he showed dedication to fix it, eventually it was fully repaired. It now drives well now . However there are few things though he needs to improve on such as professionalism and get his own diagnostic software. Will i use him again, yes!
