This Clicks have never been great, however lately it is even worse. Everyone seems to be on slow strike. Clicks Head Office needs to get in there and fix whatever the problem is. They are losing reputation due to the slow uninterested staff. Waiting 32 minutes with 1 person only at the front. The ladies at the back were leaning on the counters and playing on the phones counting out the medicine for people at a snail pace.

Disgusting service from staff! The website stated that Clicks closes at 19h00 and the unpleasant staff shouted at me saying ITS CLOSED" at 18h20! This is not the way you treat customers. All I required was a small box of Grandpa

The Clicks at Blu Valley Mall is the most pathetic Store I have been to in a long time. They never have stock, their shelves are always empty. The so-called clerk at the cosmetics counter does not great or help clients. She just sits in the corner and chat to her friends. Basically all of them needs a wake-up call. They advertise products that are not in stock. In my opinion they might as well close their doors!

The manager on duty today, 2 March 2023, is an arrogant being, when I asked if she was the manager and if they would open more tills, as the queue was not moving, and rapidly backing up - with only 2 tills open, she asked me how I was doing twice instead of just saying yes, I'm on it, she was clearly on a mission to make a point, instead of being of helpful and considerate of those being on their lunch hour. I put my items down and walked out. You will never see me in this particular store ever again. Your ego won, good on you dear, and you lost a client. I'm sure your boss is very proud of you.

I have not had a good experience with the pharmacist section, once in a while I get to be attended by a nice person. They seem angry, no good customer service most of the time.

you need 0 star - not even 1star! I have come to the realisation, does not matter what day you there when they open - the Prescription department is always late, anything from 10-30 minutes. If you opening time is 8am, they should be ready to serve clients at 8am!!! You have lost a client for good, will take my business somewhere else!

Average Clicks shop with small size. Irritating perpetual queue due to there always being too few cashiers on duty.They have a very small cash float, so don't try to change a R100 or R200 note in the mornings. I have also caught them performing the irritating and dishonest practice of rounding cents up to the next 10c.I have managed to buy a safety razor and blades here, which is a definite positive point - they are rather scarce. Finding it among the surplus of men's cosmetics" was very annoying

The longest waiting times of any pharmacy I've been to. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is I can't give no stars. Terrible. The service used to be good when it was Panorama but I won't make the mistake of coming here again.

I usually like this store but pharmacists needs to learn some professionalism. I asked for something in private and he calls it out loud asking if they still make this. I complained to him to not tell the whole store, and he says sorry but he's a loud person. A loud pharmacist???
