The best place we had pizza in the whole South Africa was at this place Pizza was very thin and crispy the topics were very good as we are pure vegetarian we got all the availability of the toppings the price of the pizza is also reasonable group and all the group member likes the pizza very much

Very disappointed in the quality of the pizza and the way it was packaged and cut is extremely messy and all the sauce is all over!

Debonairs Pizza
Using the App, I placed my order at 12:15. The Closest available store online was Newton Park with a delivery fee charged. Newton Park phoned me shortly afterto inform me they transferred the order to Walmer. I have used so was not to phased. An hour and 15 min later I phoned, was transferred to I assume Walmer unit. Checked on why my order was taken so long. Was told it is about to be delivered, check that my delivery address was correct, the lady confirmed the address as per my request, I had added my work address as I was at work and not at home, my usual delivery address. Guess what, they took it to my home address. Then back to the store to phone me again to confirm my address. Almost 2 hours after placing my order, my pizza was delivered. It was none the less cold. A delivery fee was still billed (i did not pay it and should have sent the pizza back) Debonairs I am disappointed in this service and cannot recommend Walmer as a goto for Pizza.

Since they got rid of Paul, their excellent previous manager, things have gone way downhill. I have to assume they didn't like someone who actually enforced a high degree of quality. It's just incredible how the quality of their pizzas went from amongst the best in PE (with the right customisations) to the worst. Not one out of four pizzas in my last order were any good, and two were virtually inedible. Even with half extra cheese added to two of them, both came with a fraction of even an ordinary amount of cheese (so a third or less of what was paid for).The current manager certainly tries to make things right, but there is something fundamentally broken at this Debonairs and it's not good enough to fix problems after the fact. Firing a good manager is the last thing the owner should have done.

My friend and I ordered a pizza online From this Debonairs pizza in walmer.we placed an order, they accepted the order and then we made the payment with the delivery fee as well..on the tracking it showed that the pizza is being made. It remained that way for 2 hours, only to call and this person says no they can't deliver to that address .. Okay then he said he will refund the money and this process takes 24 to 48 hours. We were upset but okayy, we had ordered that pizza on Thursday the 14th of may 2020 till today the 18th we have not received our money back..this was a bad experience because if you know you can not deliver to that address then don't accept the order and still have attitudes on top of itWe need our money back Asp

I just ordered pizza from debonairs walmer but funny enough I'm receiving my order from Rink Street debonairs. I purposely ordered from walmer cause rink Street Pizza ain't nice at all. It's dough and I paid for delivery cause I know what I want.

This debonairs was unfortunately not a very pleasant experience. Firstly when we got there it was very quiet but the lady in front made us feel like we were disturbing her, we asked her about the specials and she just pointed to the pictures on the wall... However she was very friendly with the people who came after us and explained in detail what special they had.Secondly, the staff at the back weren't wearing any gloves so they were adding our pizza toppings with their bare hands. We waited easily 30 minutes for our foodI was very disappointed.

Hi. My name is Bobby. I mist say the pizza that I ordered that the owner or manager suggested was the Mexican fiesta with extra jalapenos and cheese was so good and had such a nice bit to it. Have not had a pizza like this in some time. And thanks to Rachel for the awesome assistance and having such a cute and welcoming smile. Well done to you all. You made my meal and day a hot a awesome surprise. See you again.
