Figgy's bubble tea is definitely an amazing experience to put in the book...and dont even get me started on the customer care the shop has to offer , Ronnie is an awesome person and allways have a smile to share.. love being apart of the OTAKU 'KULTURE.

Absolutely amazing service and communication! Received my goods on time and the presentation of the packaging was everything!! The items itself are some high quality clothing and stickers! Been a month now and absolutely no complains. Would definitely recommend 10/10

I tried a strawberry drink, absolutely awful threw it away after a couple of sips within minutes of purchase. The only reason I did not ask for my money back is because of the friendly cheerful employee which is also the reason for a 1 otherwise the rating is 0 for the boba product.Lots of work to be done there, good luck guys.
